Pregnancy is a special time for you and your baby and specialist yoga classes are a gentle and safe approach to Yoga that: · Helps develop breathing skills to aid relaxation and movement. · Gently assists your body in cultivating strength, balance & flexibility during the many changes that pregnancy brings. · Gives you space to relax. · Offers time in which to focus on your baby and help prepare you mentally, physically & emotionally. · Gives you an opportunity to share your experience with other pregnant mums. · Assists in preparation for labour and birth, using safe principles and practice. Suitable from 14 weeks until birth Classes are held in Cirencester 1-1 sessions are also available to meet individual needs. Jan Wilding is a mother and an experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher. Having recently trained in pregnancy yoga with Judy Cameron, a nurse, midwife, British Wheel of Yoga teacher and Yoga Birth tutor, Jan is now pleased to offer these specialised classes.
