Christmas Message to Our Friends
Andrew & I would like to wish you a very Merry
Christmas and a Happy & Prosperous 2010.

Each festive season seems to acquire more
and more of a commercial dressing and little by little the essential
Christmas message of Hope, Peace and Love seems to become ever more
buried by the trappings of materialism.
However, with all the rapid
changes that are taking place currently across the world and whatever
that means to each one of us as individuals, we need as much as possible
to remember the wonderful 'creative spark' that is available to all of
us through the meaning of the Christmas Story.
We all have Gifts to offer in the form of
our own creativity. Remember that it is this energy that we ultimately
give, not just now during the Christmas season, but always. Even if
the flow of money becomes either stagnant or chaotic, "money is really
just a symbol of the life energy we exchange and the life energy we use
as a result of the service we provide to the universe" (Deepak Chopra -
The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success). It's important to give freely of
this life energy. It is always freshly replenished even if money and
its circulation dry up for a while.
Sound workshops, retreats, events and
yoga training all serve to support the need for healing, for life-change
and for individual personal development which will become more and more
pressing as we enter the next phase of the economic cycle. What we give
in the form of life-energy will help redress some of the imbalances to
which the world economy has now to adjust and correct. Towards the end
of 2008 Andrew & I began a series of events which people could attend
without charge. This was to enable those of like-mind to come together,
to bring something of ourselves, to help all of us promote the flow of
life energy even if financial energy might be in short supply at the
