Many
Yoga students have asked how
they can they can seek to keep their practice alive and take their Journey
further. This Atma Vichara course is that Journey - Vichara means
inquiry - and now is the time to keep that
flame burning.
This course is intended for the yoga student who
wants to continue their inquiry, who wants to refresh their discipline,
to take their practice deeper, to expand their awareness and to move forward with
their daily practice.
If you are that inquiring yoga student then this
course has been designed to facilitate discovering more about your true
nature through the practice of yoga in a very practical, supportive &
purposeful way. You will be taking the inner journey of inquiry to
allow your Inner Light to emerge and shine forth. You will be exploring the subtleties
of Mudra and learning how modern NLP
practices can render them more powerful. Together we will bring forward the ancient texts of Patanjali
towards the requirements of 21st century living through the study of Kaivalya (liberation). During the programme there will be the
opportunity to extend your growth and personal development through sound
& silence, asana & stillness, prana vidya and yoga philosophy and much
more.
"Changing The Light Bulb" is designed to be practical, active and
effective. You can use it to discover your own 'light of
knowledge' in order to be able to move you forwards in your own Journey.
